What is HiMama Academy?
HiMama Academy is an online professional development program for early childhood educators. Courses are video-based, self-guided and can be accessed any time on any device.
How is the content certified?
As an IACET certified resource, educators are able to earn CEUs for HiMama Academy courses, meaning that our content and learning framework has been certified at the highest standard.
Since our course offer CEUs, they are generally accepted by license inspectors to meet the requirements for annual in-service training. It is, however, up to the individual center to work with their local representatives to ensure that guidelines are followed and that hours and certifications are submitted.
What do I get for completing a course?
You will receive a certificate of completion showing the CEUs and clock hours earned for each course completed. Your course certificates are stored in the HiMama Academy platform and are available for you or your center to view and download.
